IMPORTANT NOTICE

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all programs, services, content, communities, products, and platforms operated under the UnCultured coaching ecosystem.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any UnCultured offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

1. PARTIES

These Terms are entered into between:

Steamtrunk, LLC
A Maryland Limited Liability Company
(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

and

You, the purchaser, participant, or user
(“Client,” “Member,” or “you”).

All UnCultured programs, coaching, content, memberships, events, and communities are owned and operated by Steamtrunk, LLC.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

These Terms apply to all offerings within the UnCultured ecosystem, including but not limited to:

Coaching programs (group, individual, intensives)
Digital courses, guides, challenges, and workshops
Membership communities and subscriptions (including Kajabi-hosted platforms)
Live and recorded calls, trainings, and events
Templates, frameworks, prompts, workbooks, dashboards, and written or audiovisual materials
Any associated websites, landing pages, portals, or communications

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or purchase the Services.
By participating, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS (CLICKWRAP AGREEMENT)

You agree to these Terms by:

Clicking “I Agree,” “Purchase,” “Enroll,” or similar buttons referencing these Terms
Checking a box indicating acceptance
Completing checkout through Kajabi
Accessing or using the Services after being provided reasonable notice

This constitutes a legally binding agreement.

5. NATURE OF COACHING & NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Services are educational and coaching-based in nature.

They do not constitute:

Medical advice
Mental health or psychological treatment
Legal advice
Financial, tax, or investment advice
Employment, HR, or immigration advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

Coaching may involve deep self-reflection, emotional exploration, and identity-level inquiry
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes
You must consult licensed professionals for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or immigration matters

If you experience emotional distress, mental health crises, or thoughts of self-harm, you agree to seek immediate professional or emergency assistance.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You expressly acknowledge that participation in the Services may involve significant life decisions, including but not limited to:

Career changes or exits
Employment resignation or renegotiation
Business creation or restructuring
Geographic relocation (domestic or international)
Financial restructuring or lifestyle changes
Shifts in identity, relationships, or belief systems

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these decisions.

The Company does not direct, mandate, or make decisions on your behalf.

7. NO GUARANTEES

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, income, career success, emotional wellbeing, relocation results, or lifestyle changes.

Testimonials, examples, or stories reflect individual experiences and do not constitute promises or typical results.

8. PAYMENTS, PRICING & TAXES

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

You authorize Steamtrunk, LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including recurring subscriptions.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion fees.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWAL (KAJABI)

All subscriptions are managed through Kajabi.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges
Access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Kajabi account.

10. NO REFUNDS — ALL SALES FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No refunds are provided for digital products, coaching programs, memberships, subscriptions, or events
No exceptions are made for non-use, change of mind, financial hardship, emotional discomfort, or dissatisfaction

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy may be disputed with supporting documentation.

11. ACCESS & ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may not:

Share access
Resell content
Distribute materials
Allow third parties to use your account

Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination without refund.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials are owned by Steamtrunk, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

13. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to maintain respectful, lawful, and confidential participation.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

You may not disclose other participants’ personal information or shared experiences.

14. RECORDINGS & MEDIA

Live calls and events may be recorded.

By participating, you consent to being recorded and understand recordings may be shared with other participants.

15. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, community standards, or applicable law.

Termination may occur without refund.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Steamtrunk, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months or $100, whichever is greater

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steamtrunk, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

19. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Informal Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support prior to initiating claims.

Binding Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

Exceptions

Intellectual property claims and small claims court matters are exempt where permitted.

20. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21. INTERNATIONAL USERS

You are responsible for compliance with local laws if accessing the Services outside the United States.

22. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Steamtrunk, LLC regarding the Services.
