The UnCultured Guide to Change | Session #6: Set New Goals
đ§ [AUDIO INCLUDED]
You canât change what you wonât name. Up to now, weâve been doing the deep interior workâdreams, worthiness, relationships, power routines. Today we turn the corner: vision â goals â daily habits. This is where change stops being theoretical and starts showing up on your calendar, bank account, and body.

The One Question
If the next 90 days were a proof-of-concept for your future, what three numbered, dated outcomes would prove youâre becoming the most accurate version of you?
Write them. Commit.
The Point of a Goal (and why most fail)
A goal is a measurable bridge between the future you see and the day youâre living. If it doesnât have a number and a date, itâs not a goalâitâs a wish.
-
Vision = the picture of your most accurate, aligned life.
-
Goals = the numbered, dated targets that make the picture real.
-
Habits = the repeatable moves that hit the target.
Top-down rule: Big Vision (top) â Goals (middle) â Habits (bottom). If a habit doesnât connect to a goal that connects to your vision, it wonât stick.
