The UnCultured Guide to Change | Session #5: Power Routine
🎧 [AUDIO INCLUDED]
When life is changing, you need a repeatable way to power up—not once, but every day, every week, every month. A Power Routine is that system. It’s your personal fuel mix that helps you feel clear, confident, and like yourself, so you can make brave moves without burning out.

The One Question
What do I need—daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly—to feel connected to my power?
The CHAIR Framework (your routine at a glance)
Yes, you’re going to build a routine that feels like your favorite chair. Use C-H-A-I-R to guide every choice:
C — Clarity & Confidence
Does this practice give me clear thoughts and a steady heart? If it doesn’t, it doesn’t belong.
H — Habit Building (in service of goals)
Habits are how goals happen. If a habit doesn’t support a real goal, it won’t stick. Pair them.
A — Authenticity
Does this make me feel more like me? (Journaling, prayer, painting, boxing, coding, gardening—what actually returns you to yourself?)
I — Inspiration
Where do you reliably hear fresh ideas? Treat that place/practice as non-optional. (Beach, church, museum, long walk, quiet window—schedule it.)
R — Recharge
Plan recovery on purpose. Extroverts: people time. Introverts: solo time. Everyone: sleep. Protect it.
Keep it simple: if a practice doesn’t give you C-H-A-I-R, it’s clutter.
