Terms & Conditions –

By completing this purchase, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the UnCultured Circle Coaching Program (“Program”).

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. By enrolling in the Program, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute of payment.

2. Program Delivery

This Program consists of personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions with Shauna K. Henson.
Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed upon times within Shauna’s availability window (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
The Client agrees to proactively schedule sessions and understands that failure to attend a scheduled session results in forfeiture of that session. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded, except in the case of an approved reschedule due to extraordinary circumstances (see Section 3).

3. Rescheduling Policy (Acts of God)

In the event of extraordinary, unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies), coaching sessions may be rescheduled one time only. All rescheduled sessions must occur within one (1) calendar year of the original purchase date.

4. Payment Commitment

The total investment for this Program is $56,000 USD.
Payment is due in full upon enrollment, unless a payment plan is expressly offered.
If a payment plan is offered, it is a convenience only. The Client remains responsible for the full $56,000, regardless of participation, withdrawal, or completion of the Program.
Non-attendance does not release the Client from payment obligations.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The Program provides education, strategy, and support. It does not guarantee earnings, outcomes, or specific results. The Client is solely responsible for applying the coaching to their life and business.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees that neither Shauna K. Henson nor her affiliated entities are responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes the Client makes. The Client releases Shauna K. Henson from any claims or liability, direct or indirect, arising from participation in the Program.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with universally recognized principles of contract law. For disputes, the governing forum will be binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction (default: virtual arbitration conducted in English under American Arbitration Association standards). This clause ensures enforceability worldwide without restricting clients to a single state or country.

8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and strategies provided are the intellectual property of Shauna K. Henson and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written consent.

9. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By submitting payment, the Client confirms that they:

Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Understand this is a no-refund, full-payment coaching program.
Accept responsibility for scheduling and attending their sessions within the provided availability windows.

Under no circumstances, are there any refunds for this program. In the event of an "Act of God" level event, rescheduling of the coaching can be done within a calendar year from the original purchase.

The information contained is not a gaurantee of earnings, nor do I, Shauna K. Henson take responsibility for any individual results from the coaching. By submitting this payment, you agree that neither Shauna K. Henson nor any of her holdings are liable for results or outcomes. Every choice you make should be done under advisement and with a sober, conscious mind.
